Parsva Urdhva Padmasana in Sarvangasana

  1. Do Urdhva Padmasana in Sarvangasana.
  2. Give a lateral twist to the trunk following the technique of Parsva Sarvangasana.
  3. Stay on each side for 10 to 1 5 seconds with normal breathing.
  4. Exhale, come back to Urdhva Padmasana and rest awhile.
