Technique for Yoga Mudrasana
- Sit in Baddha Padmasana.
- Inhale deeply, and then with an exhalation bend the trunk forward from the hips and rest the head on the floor, without releasing the toes from the hand grip.
- Also move the head on to the right and left knees alternately with an exhalation.
Effects of Yoga Mudrasana
Yoga Mudrasana intensifies the peristaltic activity and pushes down the accumulated waste matter in the colon and thereby relieves constipation and increases digestive power. This asana is especially useful in awakening Kundalini.
