Yoga Instructors Course is a gateway course intended for beginners. This course is conducted on behalf of SVYASA Yoga University, Bangalore. Upon successful completion, teachers are provided with Certification from the University. This certification is recognized by UGC and is accepted as a standard all over the world.
Abhyasa Yoga is the only Institute in Hyderabad which is an ‘Affiliated to’ and an ‘Authorized Information Center’ of SVYASA. It has been an honor and a privilege for Abhyasa Yoga to partner with SVYASA for more than a decade.
Teacher Training Course (Advanced Course)
This course is intended for teachers who wish to take their practice & teaching skills to the next level. The syllabus for Advanced Teacher Training Course includes (but is not limited to) teachings from traditional texts like Hatha Yoga Pradipika, Patanjali Yoga Sutras, Vignana Bhairava Tantra, etc.
Also, valuable teachings of eminent yoga schools like Bihar School of Yoga, Iyengar Yoga and Mysore Ashtanga Vinyasa are a part of the course. With the training from advanced teacher training course, an instructor will be fluent with the modern and popular formats of yoga such as Power Yoga, Ashtanga, Vinyasa flow, etc.
Upon completion of this course, the instructors are equipped to teach yoga for physical fitness, mental health, therapy, stress management, spiritual progress and social welfare of the general public in a holistic manner.
Integrated Teacher Training Course (Beginner + Advanced)
Integrated Teacher Training Course is the combination of Beginners and Advanced Teacher Training Courses clubbed into one. This course serves the dual purpose of saving time and money of the students. The duration of the course when combined is reduced by half and also the fee is more affordable than when done individually. This course was and has been the most preferred mode of admissions by students at Abhyasa Yoga so far.
